How it reaches them frozen
Pints leave our freezer at −24°C, packed in dry ice inside the timber box. That keeps them firm for six hours, and our rider is never on the road for more than two.
We call your receiver before we set off. If nobody is home, the rider waits fifteen minutes, then brings the box back to the kitchen and we try again the next day at no charge.
